About Us

We started Ravenwerks in 1999 as a protest against what we see as chronic lapses in ethics, etiquette and effectiveness in business. We became much more interested in international, multicultural and global issues as our community evolved.

John F. Williams has an Executive MBA from the University of Utah and a BS in business from Golden Gate University. He has worked for and with startups to the military to very large corporations – including the U.S. Army, Syntel, Computer Task Group (CTG), and many more. See John’s profile on LinkedIn

Paula (Gamonal) Williams has a Masters in Adult Education from the University of Phoenix and a BA from the University of Utah. She has worked for and with small businesses in the small town of Tooele to build a small business alliance. Ravenwerks includes a web site with over 100 articles, a blog, and a newsletter. We have about 400+ visitors per day and about 300 opt-in subscribers to our newsletter.

Advertising

We are happy to collaborate or consider joint ventures, advertising and affiliate offers regarding the website and/or newsletter with very high-quality businesses that are a good synergy with our goals and objectives. We will not consider lending or selling our mailing list.

Books

We have published several books on topics of business ethics, etiquette and effectiveness, including Taming the Dragons and It’s All About the Journey. Our newest book is the American Businesswoman’s Politically Incorrect Guide to Bangalore.
